Ordering online

Prescription eyeglasses/sunglasses: please make sure you have at hand your latest valid prescription from your doctor for eyeglasses with PD (Pupil Distance) information. More on how to read your prescription can be found here.

You will be required to upload a photo copy of your prescription when ordering from us.

Contact lenses: same as prescription eyeglasses, make sure you have the prescription from your doctor for contact lenses. (Please be sure that you are prescribed for contact lenses. Eyewear and contact lenses are prescribed differently!) More on reading your prescription can be found here.

 

How do I find the right size frames?

Can I cancel or revise my order?

Yes, after you’ve placed your order you will have 2 hours to make any amendments or cancellation if your order is not done correctly. If 2 hours has passed, please contact us right away.

 

What payment method do you accept?

Our final payment currency is Hong Kong Dollars.

We accept all major Credit Cards.

Bank deposit is currently temporarily disabled. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, but different rate and lead time is needed by regions. More information on our shipping policy can be found here.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do offer free shipping worldwide. Details on this can be found here.

 

When do you dispatch my order?

Eyeglasses/sunglasses: Non-prescription orders can be dispatched the following working day. For prescription orders, please allow extra 3-4 working days to dispatch.

Contact lenses: Most single vision contact lenses are dispatched within 2-3 working days after confirming your order.. For other contact lenses and toric/multifocal lenses will require an extra 3-4 working days (or up to 1 week) handling time. We do try and stock large range of contact lenses, but still is difficult to stock the entire prescription range in our warehouse. The time needed is for us to receive them from the manufacturers.

 

How do I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, we will provide you with the tracking number and shipping company link by email notification. If you have not received this within 3 days after placing an order, please contact us.

Kind reminder: 

Toric (Astigmatism), Multifocal, (+) Power lenses require longer handling time as they have to be specially ordered. 

Please allow an extra 4-5 working days before we can ship them out to you. If in case they take longer, we will advise you when would be the expected delivery time. 

Are your contact lenses authentic?

We guarantee 100% that our contact lenses are authentic and as matter of fact the exact same product you would get at your local optical store. We also make sure that contact lenses we send out have at least 2-year expiry date or more.

 

What is your return policy?
