hi, for the past two batches i ordered, quite often the blister pack is hard to open and tears off the plastic on top but the seal refuses to budge and always have to get a pen knife to cut it open and really hard to do so and once even cut through the contact lens inside, please look into it as this has never happened before previously but recently the last two batches, since the orders from July and December have been like that . thank you very much !
